Ramada By Wyndham Macon Hotel

The maintenance staff barged into our room without knocking, creating a very uncomfortable situation. The morning wake-up call from housekeeping was abrupt and rude, further overshadowing our stay.

Marvellous and easy location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. We didn't want to leave and would come here again.

It was very clean and in good repair, decor was fresh. Beds were comfortable and sheets/pillows good quality. Loved the room furnishings.

Don't even think about it, folks

The staff was nice and helpful, that's the only positive I can think of. But the hotel and room were disgusting, pure nightmare.

It wasn't cheap to stay, but still, unacceptable for what they charge.

The place was recently refurbished and had outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff even with reservation, loved the stay. The location was particularly good, pretty close to everything, it's a plus.

The hotel had a great location, providing easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, there were significant cleanliness issues in the rooms, including dirty linens and unclean bathrooms. Some amenities, like ice machines, were not functioning properly.

Made reservation and received confirmation email.....yet, when I arrived at 12 am...i had no reservation on record. Secondly, although eventually accommodated with a room after charging me a second time, I had to climb stairs in a dark stairway with luggage. There were numerous individuals running around and cars with timed windows pulling in and our of the parking lot picking up people. I did not feel safe.

I had a very enjoyable stay, especially appreciating the king room which was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The seasonal outdoor amenities like the sun terrace and karaoke nights were a blast.

The location was perfect for our family trip-close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, a highlight for the kids. Exploring the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame nearby was a great way to spend our time as a family.

My kids wished the room was cleaner and better maintained.

A night to forget

The bed was surprisingly comfortable after a long drive. The staff was decent, but that wasn't enough to make up for the issues.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired-especially in the bathroom. An unexpected fee for pets was a disappointment.

I was really surprised by the warm and cute atmosphere of the Ramada By Wyndham Macon. The staff were polite and attentive. The room was spacious and easy to navigate for seniors.
